Guinea Pig's are Hard Work

A lot of people get guinea pigs thinking that they are easier to take care of than a cat or dog, well think again. Guinea pigs require different nutritional needs than most, lots of care, nurturing, and socialization. These little guys are great pets/companions, just make sure you can handle the workload before making a commitment. Remember, too, that routine/yearly exams are recommended for any pet in your home, even guinea pigs.
